Return window

• Eligible physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition where applicable.

How to start a return

• Wait for return approval and shipping instructions before sending items back.
• Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Non-returnable items

• Personalized, intimate, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products.
• Digital downloads and gift cards.
• Items damaged by misuse, improper storage, or missing original packaging.

Inspection & refunds

• Returned items are inspected before a refund or exchange is confirmed.
• Approved refunds follow our Refund Policy timelines.
• Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
